III. Rank Requirements

Now in order to have a ranking persona you must also make sure that you keep up with your requirements for that persona. Now there are different ranks depends on the personas "Level", there are a total of 3 Levels. And this is how it goes:

Level 4 - These persona(s) are the first on the list of the Ranking Personas - and there are only two people that fit into this category: Gold Firelizard Owners and Gold Watch Wher Owners. They are required to send in at least one (1)  post per RP month, and when they are given a Flight/Mating date by the Flight Tracker Boardie then they have to write about the Flight/Mating, the Clutching, OOCly (Out-of-Character-ly) offer the eggs from the clutch to members of the club, send the final "Impression" list to the BoD for approval and once approved either write a Hatching post - incase of a Watch Wher, or write individual posts with people coming to collect eggs - incase of a Gold Firelizard.

Limits: You may only have two (2) of these personas in the club at one time and that is only when they are required.

Level 3 - These persona(s) are the second on the list of the Ranking Personas - and there is a variety of different persona's that fit into this category: Weyrwoman's Third (If _not_ a Gold), Searchriders, Wingleaders Third, Wing Third, WeyrlingMaster's Third, Bronze Weyrling, Steward, Hall Second, and lastly Candidates. They are required to send in at least one (1) co-post  and one (1) post per RP month. This is just to ensure that they are active and doing their role in their location - for the Candidates it is recommended that you post as often as you can in order to get a color of Dragon which you prefer.

Limits: You may only have four (4) Level Three Ranking Personas in the club at one time - this does not count Candidates though, you are allowed to have as many Candidates as you please as long as you can keep up with your Requirements.

Level 2 - These persona(s) are the third on the list of the ranking Personas - and there is a variety of different persona's that fit into this category: Weyrwoman's Second, Wingleader's Second, Bronzeriders, WeyrlingMaster's Second, Gold Weyrlings, HAD's (Hears-All-Dragons), and Master Weyr or Hold Crafters (_not_ Hallmasters). They are required to send in at least two (2) co-posts and two (1) post per month. This again is to ensure that they are active and doing their role in their location - now keep in mind that the HAD is a very rare persona and that there will be no more then two (2) in the club at anytime.

Limits: You may only have three (3) Level Two Ranking Personas in the club at one time. It doesn't matter if they are all in the same location or not, but try to space them out if possible, to help expand the club.

NOTE: If the writer for the Level One Ranking Persona goes on LOA/LIA then it is up to the holder of the Level Two Ranking Persona to step in and make the required Wing/Area report.

Level 1 - These persona(s) are the highest on the list of Ranking Personas, which means they have the most work to do - and there is a variety of different persona's that fit into this category: Weyrwoman, Weyrleader, Wingleader, WeyrlingMaster, Headwoman, Lord Holder, Lady Holder, Hallmaster, and the Master of Apprentices. They are required to send in at least (2) co-posts and two (2) posts per month along with a Report - now a report is sort of like a Newsletter to the club to give other members a summary of what has been going on in your personas different location. For more on Reports check the archived list in the Records Room.

Limits: You may only have two (2) Level One Ranking Personas in the club at one time. Now you may not have your two (2) Level One Ranking Personas in the same location either, unless you have a Lord Holder and a Master Harper from the Harper Hall which is on the Holds territory, that is the only time that it will be permitted. But no one can ever own both the Weyrwoman and the Weyrleader, or the Hallmaster and the Master of Apprentices for the same Hall.

Recommendations: Each Level One Ranking Persona is recommended to co-post with a fellow member who might have brought in a new Persona under them - say they joined the Weyrleader's Wing - then the Weyrleader is strong suggested to post with the new member of their wing.

** NOTE ** If you have a Gold in another club then you will _not_ be allowed to take up another gold in this club, this is to allow other people to have a chance of playing the elusive gold dragon.

** ANOTHER NOTE ** Since co-posts show that you are more active then writing a bunch of single posts then a co-post can count for a single post. And Rank Requitremnts are done within the RP Month not the RL Month.
