Emotional Description:

She is the shy quiet one of the family. She barely talks even when around people she knows. The rare time people see a smile on her face is when she is around all the baby animals. She loves to be around them. She also has very sure hands. Because of this and her quiet nature she is the one that takes care of most of the healing of the beasts at the hold. She seems to have a calming nature around them that puts the animals at easy as she works on them. She knew that she would work with animals all her life. She only felt comfortable around them. When she did speak she always whispered and has a very obvious stutter to her vioce. Sometimes it will take her up to five minutes to get out one sentence. Her mother is always getting angry at her and yelling at her because of this. After she impressed, people noticed that she stuttered less and less. After her ordeal with the 'Island Timing' she became more confident in her abilities and stutters only when very nervous.

Physical Description:

She is the one that mimics her mothers looks. She is considered small in height at just 5'2 tall. Her weight is 125 lbs. Her hair is considered to be either very light brown or dark blonde. Her hair is long and silky, falling to the middle of her back. She has very light blue eyes that turn almost white when she get angry. She has a small pert nose and full red lips. Her cheeks always seem to have a reddish glow to them thanks to her health and the color of her hair. She is very slim of build to the point that some people are wondering how she does the amount of hard work that she does.

Brief History: :

She is the youngest of the family of 4 children. Because of her quiet nature and her speech problem she has never really left the hold. She has not even gone to gathers. When ever people would come to the hold she would always hide. But when she saw the dragon that can and got her and her 2 older siblings on search she was so struck by their beauty she didn't hide.

She soon impressed green Karath. They went through weyrling training fairly quickly. But disaster was soon to strike when during their first between trip to a island they accidently sent themselves to the wrong time. It was here that she started to gain confidence and fought to survive. She stayed on the beach with the big group. A turn later they figured out how to get back, but things were different at the Weyr. She decided to stay for awhile and get more experience.

She got together with a young man about two turns older then her. That didn't last and she found out she was pregnant. He didn't want anything to do with her and she wasn't about to rely on her family. Soon after about six months into her pregnancy she decided to transfer to a new Weyr.

There she found Air'rein, and her old friend Kayliah.

Dragon Description:

Her head is lean, and the facial profile is straight or slightly convex. The size of the head is medium, not too big and not too small. She has full eyes and is very expressive and lively. Her nostrils are full and ample, projecting mobility. Karath's muzzle is medium sized as well. Her neck is wider at its base and much finer closer to the head, and forms a straight angle. These characteristics form a very well arched neck from the beginning of her ridges to the border of the lower base chest. Her back is short, straight and strong. While her rear quarters are strong and muscular, with a wide croup and arched strong hindquarter. Her hide is extra silky and is a soft emerald in color, with lighter flecks of green along her wings and on her belly.

Karath has a congenial nature with the desire to associate in friendship and understanding both socially within the Weyrhold and outside of the Weyrhold. Peaceful and settled conditions appeal to her and she is naturally desirous of having the security of her weyr, where her life often times follows a definite pattern, and where she would not have to make major decisions. She finds it difficult to take a definite stand, partly because she lacks confidence, and also because she dislikes any issues which create dissension between herself and others. Procrastination is a weakness of her nature, causing an inability always to complete her plans or to concentrate for long. She needs to see a concept presented completely in detail before she can understand it, and if she cannot understand it, she comes to her own conclusion and often fails to listen to and reason out another's point of view. She resists being forced into change and can become almost impervious to new ideas. She desires refinement, understanding, and appreciation, yet sometimes her outward attitude does not reveal her innermost feelings, and thus she has never felt truly understood.

She is like a young child, very chipper and hyper. She often talks very fast and her lifemate will have some difficulty trying to follow what Karath is saying until they get used to the dragons fast talking ways. Her laugh is pleasing to the ear and would make anyone feel like laughing no matter what mood they were in upon hearing her laugh.
