V. When Voting Takes Place

Not all decisions are completely up to the BoD, while others have to be made only with the agreement from all BoD members, that is when votes will take place, below is a list of the different times when Voting will take place within the club, this allows the club members to have a bit more say in what goes on around them.

~ Deciding upon BoD Members
~ Adding or removing any rules from the club
~ Ranking Personas – The decision for a certain rank when the position becomes available
~ Any and all contests

Polls will be set up on the club or though a free Poll provider, allowing for confidentional results but also ensuring that people cannot cheat when the voting takes place, results will be available to the members so that they can see that there is no cheating as well.
